On 18^th & 19^th November 2019, the College of Renewable Energy and Environmental Engineering, S. D. Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar organized two-day mega event of Inter Collegiate & Inter Polytechnic Athletic Meet – 2019. The event was inaugurated by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. R. K. Patel along with other university officers, deans of various colleges, research scientists of various research centers and participating students of the university. Principal & Dean Dr. G. K. Saxena welcomed invited guest and emphasized how sound body makes sound mind. The event consisted of the number of competitions for each boys and girls college category as well as polytechnic and more than 360 students participated. The winner awarded trophy and certificate for their achievements. Total 122 trophies and certificates were awarded including previously held competitions along with athletics. The valedictory function was presided by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, he expressed the importance of sports for healthy life, and he also urged all the students to take maximum benefits of these competitions. The entire event was organized by team of the college under the leadership of Principal  & Dean, Dr. G. K. Saxena.
