6. Facilities of the Farm/Lab:
There are total 6 (six) laboratories for U. G. and P.G. teaching and departmental research works. Theses laboratories are used for the physico-chemical analysis of soil, plant and water samples collected from departmental research experiments and from P. G. experiments of different faculties like Ag. Chem. & Soil Science, Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Horticulture etc.

  • Establishment of quality lab for soil, water and plant analysis

  • Departmental research works on permanent plot experiment (PPE) for cowpea-mustard-pearl millet cropping sequence.
  • Establishment of Organic Farming Research cell at S. K. Nagar (In collaboration with Agronomy department)
  • Scheme on poor quality ground water of North and North West Agro climatic zone.
